All of our bulk landscaping supplies are sold by the cubic yard.
Mulch
Mulch helps to reduce weed growth and helps maintain soil moisture for your plants, but they can also beautify your lawn, garden, or other landscaping project. You can choose from a variety of natural and enhanced–color mulches at Kevin’s.
- For new planting beds, we recommend adding a 4″ layer of mulch.
- For established beds, we recommend 2-3″ of additional mulch each year.
Soils And Sands
We also offer a selection of soil mixes for flower beds, pots and planters, yard augmentation, and more.
- Flower Beds: 6″ of Planting Mix
- Vegetable Beds: 12″ of Planting Mix
- Top–Dressing Your Lawn: 2″ of Screened Topsoil
- Sandboxes: 12″ of Play Sand
- Walkway or Patio Foundation: 4″–6″ of Limestone or Slag
- Paver Driveway Foundation: 8″–12″ of Limestone
Stone

- Dog Runs: 4″–6″ of Pea or Float Stone
